Mr. Busick is also a licensed Real Estate Broker and developer. Over the last twenty years he has been the project manager on many multi million dollar Real Estate projects. His experience renovating and restoring Real Estate and a love of boats have been instrumental in the successful completion of our yacht. Since 1977 Ocean Yachts have been known for their battle wagon tough construction, Carolina bow flair and fast, smooth riding hull designs. Contender was originally commissioned in Weekstown, New Jersey in 1985. Ocean Yachts are still hand crafted today, one boat at a time, right here in the U.S.A. Our goal during her renovation process was to pay tribute to Contenders' heritage. To pay tribute to that time in our country when "made in America" was the gold standard for the world.
